Our products are delivered throughout Italy by express courier and abroad via the express mail service.
Orders are processed within 2 - 4 days.
Most of our products are in stock and ready to ship.
However, some codes may not be immediately available. In these cases, the shipment may be subject to delays which will be communicated to the customer.

Each incoming order is confirmed to the customer via e-mail as soon as it is received.
Each order is subject to management approval and advance payment.
Shipping to Italy: for orders below € 200.00, € 8.00 will be charged for shipping via courier. For orders over € 200.00, transport is FREE.
Shipping to European Community countries: for orders of less than € 400.00, € 25.00 will be charged for postal shipping € 50.00 for shipping by courier. For orders over € 400.00, transport is FREE.
Shipping to countries outside Europe: Shipping costs will be communicated in relation to size and weight with DHL rates.

The prices in our price list are inclusive of VAT.
RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
Upon arrival of the goods, the customer must check the number of packages and their integrity. In case of damaged or missing packages, it is required to sign the transport document "subject to control" and send an e-mail to our Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
As soon as the acknowledgment of the damaged goods is received, the replacement of the goods will be sent to you free of charge. We remind you to notify us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of delivery by the courier.
In case of replacement for goods that do not comply with the order, the communication must always be sent to our email address firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days from the delivery date.
Our Customer Service will communicate the return authorization number and the shipping methods.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer can make the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date, by sending a communication to the address: email@example.com or by calling 071 731076 (office hours) 393 9060512 (other times).

Returned products must be intact and in their original packaging.
Otherwise MEDINAT reserves the right not to accept the return.
All products purchased from our company have a 6-month warranty for any packaging or manufacturing defects.

All the relationships that derive from the purchase through this site are regulated by the Civil Code. The Court of Ancona is competent for any controversy.
